Mr. Ron Newport
Mr. Newport is a globally recognized expert in infrared thermography with over 40 years of industry experience. Since 1976, he has pioneered widely used infrared inspection techniques and contributed to international certification standards through organizations such as ASNT, BINDT, and ISO. A published author and respected speaker, he regularly presents at universities and global industry conferences.

Er. Lee Wee Hing
Meet Er. Lee Wee Hing, Director of RES Engineering Pte Ltd, with experience in complex engineering projects in Singapore, including design, simulation, QP services, and maintenance. He holds a Second Class Upper Honours degree from NTU and is a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer and Licensed Electrical Worker (Grade 9), approved for work up to 66kV. He is a former Co-Chairman of the IEEE Power & Energy Society Singapore Chapter.

He is a Licensed Electrical Worker with certifications in cable detection, telecom cable detection, and Level II infrared thermography. With extensive experience in power cable installation, electrical substations, power distribution systems, and troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment.
